Responsibilities:

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  1. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
  2. Itinerary Planning: Design and customize travel itineraries, considering client preferences, budget, and available resources.
  3. Booking Arrangements: Make reservations for flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
  4. Destination Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry developments to provide accurate and valuable advice to clients.
  5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
