Job Requirements

Language: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Communication skills: Excellent written and oral communication.

Physical aptitude: Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, handling a large workload, Overtime requirements.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Assist, cancel, and change room reservations.
  • Document arriving guests and assign rooms.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Process guests’ departures, calculate charges & receive payments.
  • light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • perform other clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
  • Provide general information about points of interest in the area
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures
  • Handle wake-up calls
  • Provide customer service
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Plan, organize, directed, controlled, and evaluate daily operations
