Requirements

  • Must know record-keeping techniques and oversee warehouse operations.
  • Implement inventory methods and practices.
  • Deals with hiring and managing warehouse associates.
  • Organizes and leads warehouse pieces of training.
  • Follows the standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Sets the shift schedule and daily assignments.
  • Develops and improves warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Supervises packaging, receiving, and shipping activities.
  • Completes packaging, receiving, and shipping tasks.
  • Orders new supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborates with the customer service team and other departments.
