- Prepare and submit reports on demand and supply chains.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Must know the establishment’s culinary genres
- Must ensure quality standards of food provided to the customers.
- Train other staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
