Minimum Qualification and Experience

  • LLB (Foreign or Local) or Barrister-at-Law.
  • At least three (03) years of experience in the public or private sector, preferably in International Commercial Arbitration.

  • Demonstrated experience in drafting and reviewing Conventions, Agreements, MOUs, Contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Strong understanding of International Law with the ability to provide legal opinions on policy and regulatory matters.
  • Experience in legislative drafting.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in:
    • Public sector
    • State-run corporations or entities
    • Reputable private corporations
