Minimum Qualification and Experience
- LLB (Foreign or Local) or Barrister-at-Law.
- At least three (03) years of experience in the public or private sector, preferably in International Commercial Arbitration.
Professional Credentials Required
- Demonstrated experience in drafting and reviewing Conventions, Agreements, MOUs, Contracts, and other legal documents.
- Strong understanding of International Law with the ability to provide legal opinions on policy and regulatory matters.
- Experience in legislative drafting.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in:
- Public sector
- State-run corporations or entities
- Reputable private corporations
