Responsibilities of a Legal Consultant
The selected Legal Consultants will represent the company in various legal matters. Responsibilities include:
- Appearing on behalf of PCMMDC in lower courts, session courts, tribunals, arbitration, ombudsman offices, and investigation agencies.
- Handling all cases, suits, appeals, and proceedings within their division.
